Job Description:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to company quality standards
• Perform seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
• Maintain landscape beds, including weeding and mulching
• Trim shrubs and small bushes
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
• Keep job sites clean, professional, and client-ready
• Communicate respectfully with team members and clients
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
