Terms & Conditions

 

By accepting service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Deposits & Scheduling

 

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we require a deposit to reserve your spot on our schedule. Once received, we will finalize your service date and send confirmation details.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Payment Terms

 

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. By approving quote and providing a payment method, you authorize Lasley's Luxury Lawns to securely store and charge the payment method on file for:

Deposits

Completed services

Approved additional services

Recurring services

Applicable fees

Any outstanding balance that remains unpaid after the invoice due date

 

If payment is not received by the due date, Lasley's Luxury Lawns reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for the outstanding balance without further notice. Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file and ensuring sufficient funds are available for payment. Declined, failed, or disputed payments may result in service suspension, cancellation of future services, or additional fees where permitted by law. Lasley's Luxury Lawns reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services on accounts with unpaid balances until the account has been brought current.

 

Property Access & Preparation

 

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to service areas and removing obstacles, including vehicles, toys, hoses, and pet waste. Additional fees may apply if excessive debris or pet waste prevents service.

 

Pet Waste Policy

 

Pet waste must be removed before service. If excessive pet waste is present, service may be delayed, rescheduled, refused, or subject to an additional cleanup fee.

 

Weather & Site Conditions

 

Services may be postponed due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services promptly.

 

Additional Charges

 

Quotes are based on visible site conditions. Additional charges may apply for overgrown lawns, excessive debris, hidden obstacles, disposal fees, or customer-requested work beyond the original scope.

 

Property Conditions

 

Lasley's Luxury Lawns is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden or unmarked sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, invisible fences, utility lines, underground obstacles, or other concealed hazards.

 

Satisfaction Policy

 

Any concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us the opportunity to address the issue.

 

Communications & Photos

 

By approving this quote, you consent to receive service-related communications by phone, email, or text. Lasley's Luxury Lawns may take photographs of service areas for documentation and marketing purposes.

 

Acceptance Approval 

 

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions authorizes Lasley's Luxury Lawns to perform the services described and charge the payment method on file in accordance with these terms.
